  • Please complete all intake paperwork before arriving at your appointment. The more information you provide and the earlier you complete this paperwork, the better I can prepare for our session! Having an in-depth understanding of your medical history is part of understanding you as a full person. If you have any questions about intake paperwork, please reach out!

    I recommend wearing loose or flexible clothing to your session, something that is easy to change out of and into and that gives you free range of motion. With your consent, I may incorporate stretching into our session and this is often more comfortably done when you are dressed. Bring your water bottle so that I can give you some delicious cucumber water after your session and keep you hydrated! Use the restroom before your massage so that you don’t have to go during your appointment.

  • Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment so that you can use the bathroom, settle in, and be ready to go when your session starts.

    We are located at 918 Broadway in South Portland. The building is a green victorian, you will see signs for Flynn&Co and Atlantic Real Estate in front.

    Off-street parking is available behind the building with access from South Kelsey Street. When you arrive, feel free to grab a seat in the waiting area on the first floor.

  • My studio is located on the second floor of a historic building which, unfortunately, does not have an elevator. There are stairs to enter the building and stairs to the second floor.

    If accessibility to my studio is a barrier to us working together, please reach out and we can discuss alternatives.

  • gratuity is not expected and is completely optional.

  • At this time I do not bill to insurance. However, I am happy to create a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

  • If you arent sure which service is best suited for your needs, please reach out so that we can discuss my difference styles of massage and choose one that works best for you!

  • a credit or debit card is required for a deposit at the time of booking. you can pay for the rest of your appointment by cash, card, or Venmo at the end of your session.
